平渊,教授,博士生导师。

det365登录网站主页大分子药物及规模化制备全国重点实验室合肥中心主任、浙江大学求是特聘教授、长聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2024年),国家级高层次青年项目入选者(2017年)。近五年以通讯作者在Nature Biotechnology、Nature Nanotechnology及Science Translational Medicine等杂志发表论文40余篇。曾获得国际先进材料协会科学家奖章(2023)、Journal of Material Chemistry B新锐科学家(2021)、国际控制释放协会JCR Emerging Leader Award(2019)等奖项。任Journal of Controlled Release(IF=11.5)、Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B(IF=14.5)及Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences(IF=10.2)编委;近五年主持多项国际、国家及地区基金,其中所主持的Pivotal Life Sciences Sponsorship Program是2023年度中国大陆地区唯一资助项目。


主要研究方向:生物大分子药物递送系统及新型药物制剂。

主要贡献包括:(1)研究了生物大分子高效胞内转运的新策略,为合理设计安全高效胞内递送载体设计提供了新思路;(2)发展了基因工程化细胞递送新方法,实现了具有复杂生物屏障组织的体内靶向递送与药物释放;(3)提出了“基因编辑前药”的新理念,利用外源性物理信号及内源性病理信号,有效降低了组织水平的脱靶编辑,有效提升了基因编辑的精准性。
